Recruitment of Teaching/ Non-Teaching Staff against various posts in BPS-1 to BPS-15 in Directorate, Regional Offices and its Institutions as under

  • ·         Fill out the application form completely and accurately, including your replies.

  • ·         Written test/interview notification will be delivered via email OR SMS service. Provide an active cellphone number as a result of information communication. Moreover, FGEI Dte shall not be liable for the non-delivery of SMS if you provide a mobile number that has been ported out to another network. 2. Transgender people may apply for any position in accordance with the requirements.

3. There is one post designated for people with disabilities in the CLASS-IV Category (Scale 1 to 5).

4. Anywhere in Pakistan may be the location of the appointed candidate. 

5. Married female candidates may submit applications based on either their own or their husband's domicile (at the time of the interview, they must present the Nikhnama and the husband's domicile certificate).

6. Candidates must indicate their district of domicile on the application form. At the time of the interview, the original domicile certificate and a photocopy that has been properly validated by the relevant Deputy or Assistant Commissioner must be presented.

7. Candidates may submit separate application forms and different challan fees for each position they wish to apply for.

8. On the day when applications are due, the candidates' ages, academic backgrounds, and professional qualifications will be determined.

9. After a thorough document review, candidates will be selected or hired in the end.

10. In accordance with government regulation, only candidates who have passed the written test will be contacted for an interview. 

11. Professional qualifications, such as a CT/ B.Ed/ M.Ed/ BS.Ed/ M.A (Education) or equivalent (for elementary school teachers), a certificate in library sciences (for library assistants/assistant librarians), or a one-year training certificate (in band or music) (for bandmasters), are all required.

12. Higher academic/professional qualifications and experience will not be given bonus points. 

13. At the time of the interview, candidates who have been shortlisted must present original documentation (the date the results were announced must be noted on the mark sheet or transcript). The individual candidate's candidature will be revoked in the event that any of the supporting documentation is later determined to be false or fraudulent. Even if he or she is chosen, every time false documents are discovered, proper disciplinary action or criminal actions will be brought against that person.

14. At the time of the interview, government employees must present a current NOC from their department.

15. Before issuing an offer letter, the FGEI (C/G) Directorate reserves the right to retake any category's test or reevaluate any candidate at any point (if necessary). 

16. Before the interview, individuals who have been shortlisted will take a typing/shorthand test. Candidates won't be allowed to appear in interviews if they can't type or shorthand at the required speed. 

17. Local consideration will be given in the selection process for Class-IV posts (BPS-1 to -5). Candidates from districts not included in the advertisement are not eligible to apply. 

18. Complete physical and mental fitness is required for all positions, but it's especially important for the driver, mali, and Chowkidar.

19. The candidate will not be permitted to present in the interview or have their test money reimbursed if they provided inaccurate information on their application form.

20. Within one week of the announcement of the results, a candidate may request a recheck of his or her paper by sending an application to the "Director (Administration) FGEI (C/G) Directorate" along with a rechecking fee of Rs. 500 per paper/post.
